We have a NO Refund policy, which means item/s are Not REFUNDABLE.
To be eligible for a review for a refund, have proof that item/s were damaged before delivery. You’ll also need proof of a solved case number from USPS or delivery company stating item not delivered or damaged.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be kept and won't be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (same day delivered) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bathing suits, underwear, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale/Discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges can be made within 10 days after delivered. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and information.
You MUST contact us via email and request a REFUND within same day delivery stating the reason. We will notify you once we’ve received your email and inspect your reasoning for the return. IF APPROVED we will email a shipping label for you to return the package. I will automatically refund you on your original payment method once package is received to the returned destination. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
