Shipping policy

​In the unlikely event, you are dissatisfied with your purchase we can work out an exchange for a different/same product or refund. You have 10 days after your delivery date to request a refund! You Have 15 days after delivery for an exchange. Please email us with proof of any damages and we will get back to you with refund/exchange options.

Processing Times Please allow 3-10 business days to process and ship.

Please request shipping rates by email (thelolahoney@icloud.com) before placing an order for faster shipping times. Payments are due upon request. Payment options will be discussed via email.

Please allow 2 weeks - 3 weeks for standard shipping package(s) to arrive in the USPS mail. Around Holiday Seasons/Holidays please allow packages 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

Due to covid-19 shipping might possible take longer to be shipped. In the unlikely event, Please allow your package(s) 30-90 days to be delivered, As shipping manufactures might have a delay in shipping your package. Please allow 1-10 days business days to ship your package. Once your package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control on when it is delivered. we are not responsible for any stolen packages.

TRACKING- Your tracking number will be provided via email. Once your items pass through CN and US Customs you will be able to track your package when your local post office scans them into their facility. Go to WWW.USPS.COM for more information on tracking.

 

In the unlikely event, If your package is stated that it was delivered by USPS at your address I WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE PROOF THAT YOU OPENED A CASE WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE STATING THAT IT WASN'T DELIVERED WITH A CASE NUMBER.
